For more than 80 years, the Junior League of Charlotte, Inc. (JLC) has built a strong legacy of improving the lives of children and families by supporting community programs and projects through trained volunteers and financial contributions. Over the years the JLC has contributed well over $12.5 million to a variety of well-known establishments such as The Children’s Nature Museum, Double Oaks Community Center, Children’s Theater, Council for Children, and the Substance Abuse Center, to name a few.

Our dedication to the Charlotte community would not be possible without the support we garner through a variety of JLC fundraisers.  Each year the Junior League of Charlotte’s Fund Development Council evaluates our fundraising calendar, and our 2007-2008 plans are listed here.  We invite JLC members, area businesses and the community to join us by attending and supporting these activities and events.
