The Transfer Committee has some fun, fabulous and educational events planned for the next few months.  We are excited to report that we are 40 women strong and growing by the month.  Pictured above are some of the participants at our recent social gathering at Paul Simon for Women this month. 

TRANSFERS

What to Expect as a Transfer

Transfers to the Junior League of Charlotte must first contact their “home” League and request a transfer to the JLC. Once paperwork is completed and forwarded to the JLC, the membership secretary will send the Transfer a welcome letter and information regarding the responsibilities of the Transfer member. The Transfer will then be asked to forward membership dues.

Once payment is received, a member of the Transfer Committee will contact the Transfer and invite her to the next Transfer event. Transfer events are generally held once a month, and vary in location.

Requirements for Transfers

*Pay Dues
*Earn at least 6 Credits per year (General Membership meetings count as 2 each)
*Complete 20 hours at the WearHouse by April 29, 2008
Transfers are not required to meet WearHouse quota during their Transfer year
