Done in a Day: DIAD is a committee within the Junior League of Charlotte that assists local organizations by planning events where committee members and other Junior League members can volunteer. Participants assist with various community service projects within JLC priority zip codes focusing on the health and education needs of children from birth to fifth grade.

Ideal projects:

• Just need “hands for a day”
• Are 4-6 hours long
• Require a minimum of 2 volunteers

We will review all requests and arrange volunteer commitments with nonprofit organizations where we feel we can best be of service. Projects impacting children, birth to 5th grade and in our priority zip codes, will be given preference but others are not excluded.
